1. Who we are

Matchwork Labs (“SeeMoney”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides this educational mortgage scenario calculator. We are not a bank, broker, or lender.

2. What this app stores

Loan details you enter (property name, estimated value, balance, term, rate, payment, and optional future events) are kept in sessionStorage in this browser tab only. They survive a refresh. They are discarded when you close the tab, or when you choose Start over.

Your light/dark theme preference is stored in localStorage on this device so the theme can persist between visits.

We do not create accounts, collect email addresses, or store mortgage figures on a server.

3. What we do not collect

• Names, emails, phone numbers, or passwords
• Bank login credentials or lender data
• Cookies used for advertising or cross-site tracking

All mortgage figures are estimates that you enter yourself.
