Some people use SeeMoney to mimic a real mortgage. That is fine for exploration, but it is education and information only. It is not a substitute for lender statements. Consult a relevant financial professional before acting on anything you see here.

2. Estimates, not lender figures

Projections, charts, and summaries are modelling estimates based on the inputs you provide. They are not lender statements, official loan balances, or guarantees of future outcomes. Real-world results may differ due to fees, rounding, lender policies, rate changes, payment timing, and other factors we do not model.

3. Browser-only use

This version of SeeMoney has no accounts. Your loan inputs stay in this browser tab (sessionStorage) and are discarded when the tab closes. By using the calculator you agree that you are responsible for the figures you enter and for any decisions you make.
